I signed up for their monthly subscription on September 22, 2022 (Order #2105). After two weeks, my order was still not completed, even though they took my money. I reached out to customer service to inquire about my order, but nobody got back to me. They’re hardly ever active on social media, so I couldn’t even message them there. I’m really let down by this company and their service. I won’t be using them again or suggesting them to anyone!

For the past four months, I've been getting products from Facemaskclub, and I absolutely adore the curated box that arrives every month. Sure, I could find masks for less at other places, but the personal touch I get from this company makes it worth spending a few extra bucks. Plus, I love that I don’t have to dash to a store or wait around for an online order when I run low on supplies. Instead, I get just the right amount of masks, which means less hassle and stress. The quality of these masks is fantastic, and I plan to keep my subscription going. Also, I’m all about supporting small, family-run businesses rather than those big corporations that don’t bother to understand my needs.

I’m totally obsessed with this subscription! It’s just right; the masks are of fantastic quality, and since I have sensitive skin, they don’t bother me at all. Plus, there’s no mess to deal with since they’re all sheet masks, which is the best part.

I’m a huge fan of sheet masks and have given a bunch a go, but this subscription is just fantastic! Each month, I receive 7 masks delivered right to my mailbox. The quality is always top-notch, and honestly, it would set you back a lot more to purchase them individually. Plus, they arrive in a beautiful gift box. I've sampled various subscription services, but this one stands out as one of the finest. I eagerly anticipate it every month! ❣️💌

There's a fantastic variety of facial masks that arrive right on schedule each month. They come nicely packaged and are reasonably priced. I've been subscribed for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be more pleased with Facemasks Club :) -Cheryl

I’m subscribed to the 5 masks a month deal, and I really enjoy getting it; it feels like a little gift every month. They arrive each time nicely packaged, complete with a handwritten note, which is such a sweet detail. Sometimes, you even get bonus goodies—like at Christmas, I received a Yankee candle wax melt, and in the Valentine’s box, there were some love hearts. The customer service team is super helpful and responds fast; I’d totally recommend this!

I can't believe how great this is. This subscription box is simply stunning. It’s a monthly delight that I really enjoy. The adorable notes that come with it make me feel appreciated. I eagerly anticipate the arrival of this box every month.

The gift was beautifully wrapped in festive paper and sprinkled with some Christmas confetti. They even added my name on a cute little tag, which was a nice touch. I'm a big fan of sheet masks, and I was really happy with the variety offered.

I really enjoyed the masks this month; they were super festive! Big thanks for the Yankee candle wax melt and that little festive surprise. The room smells great from the wax melt, and I’m treating myself to a sheet mask too.

The delivery came through quickly, even with the tough conditions and the holiday rush. The items were excellent, and you could tell a lot of care went into the packaging. I'm truly super pleased with the service!

I figured I'd try out this subscription after seeing an unboxing video on YouTube, and I'm really happy I made that choice. I've gotten two boxes up to now, and they come beautifully wrapped with a personal note. I've enjoyed unboxing both of them and plan to keep my subscription going!

I really love this subscription service! Until this month, I hadn’t needed to reach out to customer support. Sadly, my box didn’t arrive at the start of the month, so I shot an email to customer service to check if there was a hold-up or something. Chris responded super fast, letting me know there was no issue on their side and that my box had been dispatched, but they would send me a replacement. I got the new box in just a few days, complete with a personal note apologizing for the mix-up, even though it wasn’t really their fault (thanks, Royal Mail) and they even included some extra treats. I genuinely look forward to this box every month! My only hope is that they might introduce another subscription option with more face masks... maybe one day! :-)

Every month, I get super excited for my face mask subscription box. It's all wrapped up so nicely, with confetti stars and a lovely personal note. The variety of sheet masks (I get 5) is fantastic and really budget-friendly. This time around, I got an Etude House sheet mask, and I’m itching to give it a go!

I had no clue what I’d get, but I got a nice selection of face masks, and since it was my first box, I even got a freebie! The packaging was lovely, and it felt like a little gift when the delivery arrived! Totally recommend it.
